Hi,
I recently upgraded an IPO and Apps server to 9.0 and have been testing one-X Mobile Preferred on IOS and Andoid platforms. the Android phone is a Samsung GT S7560M Both clients are registering remotely via port forwarding. All the 8.xxx features work on both platforms. However, while VOIP works like a charm on IOS on the Android platform the call times out. The Android client is showing as registered in SSA and I'm not seeing anything inbound on dialing in Monitor. I have tried multiple user log ins and this does not appear to be user or license related. Has anyone encountered something similar? Thanks, Jenna |

Quick follow up,
I rebuilt the apps server with a clean install of 8.1 followed by an upgrade to 9.0. VoIP mode on both IOS and Android is set to "Place calls using VoIP" and "Receive calls on.. Work Only". IOS is placing and receiving calls on VoIP without a problem but the Android phone receives but will not place a VoIP call. The Android one-X mobile app configuration is slightly more complex than the iPhone. Am I missing something anyone? Would appreciate some feedback. Jenna |

Actually, the clients are the same to set up. There have been more issues with one way sppech on IOS, and Android has performed flawlessly.
Can you put the android on the WIFI network and see if it dials out? |
