Default virtualized server edition time problem

We have deploy server edition as virtual machine with time zone (africa/cairo) but the time server edition time is offset by 30 minute from the real time and when i try to log into server edition as root user and set time manually it adjusted for one minute then return offset by 30 minute

Possibly an improper offset for Cairo? Can you try Africa/Khartoum and see if it has the same result?

I believe that was only with the old ADI licensing. What version of IPO is this?

Edit: I am used to using WebLM to manage licensing, so even with PLDS licensing, you may invalidate licensing as well.
