Hello,
Trying to install the MM user client 5.2 for a helpdesk user who also needs the admin client installed. When trying to install the User Client I get the following error message: "Setup cannot continue. Message Application Server version is not compatible with this product version". I completely removed all Subscriber Admin tools and deleted all Octel registry settings. I'm still getting this error message. Has anyone run into this problem before? Thanks, |

Has anyone run into this problem before? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would like to know what your MM system version exactly is and ensure what version of client software you want to install . If you refer to installation guide , it will state what MM version it supports. it they exactly match and still encounter issues, then I would like to recommend you to raise a Avaya support ticket to backbone team. |
