Default How to download Integrated Management Site Amin 6.0 SP2

When I get into plds to download the latest version of the Site Admin (version 6.0 SP2), plds can't find the file to download.

Here's what I'm trying to get:

File name - Site_Admin_6_00_007_SP2.03.exe
File size - 19.8 MB (20,806,505 bytes)
MD5 Sum - 356c5e0e7c01db21aa3414ed100bac0

When I click the download link from here: https://support.avaya.com/css/appman...367210_9#files

It pops up a search for IM000000009 and gives me this message "No matches found. Please modify your search criteria and try again."

Hi Jdl,

If you have proper PLDS access you should able to download the file.

I have PLDS access. How do I determine if I have "proper PLDS access"? Are there any moderators on this forum that can point me in the right direction?
