Hello fellow Avaya users
![]() I have a scenario I hoped someone may have experience with and could shed some light. Aura 6.2 solution, with SM, SMGR and ASBC Scenario: Sip trunks - Incoming call with anonymous CLI hits a handset that redirects the call off net either via EC500 or call forwarding. As the CLI is anonymous the sip provider is rejecting the call. Obviously this also occurs on rerouted Vector calls. So I'm looking for a solution that injects a CLI for anonymous inbound calls that are then rerouted back out. I'm using a workaround for redirected numbers by adding some adaptations on SM but cant see how I can make an adaption on SM for anonymous numbers. Maybe there is somewhere on ASBC whereby I can make an adaption. I can see trunk settings on CM that I've shown below, I've played around with these settings but this has had no success. PROTOCOL VARIATIONS (page 4 trunk 1) Mark Users as Phone? n Prepend '+' to Calling Number? y Send Transferring Party Information? y Network Call Redirection? y Send Diversion Header? y Support Request History? n Telephone Event Payload Type: 127 Convert 180 to 183 for Early Media? n Always Use re-INVITE for Display Updates? n Identity for Calling Party Display: From Block Sending Calling Party Location in INVITE? y Enable Q-SIP? N Does anyone reading this have some ideas or experience? Id be really grateful. ![]() Last edited by jones683; 07-19-2016 at 05:45 AM. |

Are you out-pulsing your main number? If you aren't sending any digits I can see that being blocked.

You shod also be able to use a sigma script in the sbc to accommodate this.
