Default Does Synonym table keep ALL agent ID and name

Hi,

Can any one tell if Synonym table in CMS db will have all the agent's ID and name?

I see many agents who have records in dagent table but those agents are not present in synonym table.

Is there any other table in Avaya CMS db where I can get list of all the agents?

Thanks,
Niraj

Hi,

synonyms is right table to have entry for each and every agent added in the dictionary

You can query with where condition as item_type=agname to get all records added for agents.

I hope it helps.

Thanks for confirming. But as I mentioned, I see many agents record not present in Synonym table but they do have records in dagent table, which means that they are taking calls. So which other table should I look at in CMS to get the complete list of all the agents?

CMS and the Synonyms tables only knows what it's been given. CMS does not provision the agents.

All of the agents should be in the Communication Manager. Log in and export the results of the command: list agent

That's all of the agents in the system.
