Default SIP Trunk MS Lync 2013

Hi,

I have a scenario with an Avaya (Sipera) SBC-E, Session Manager (6.2) and a SIP Trunk to MS Lync 2013.
Having problems getting media through to the Lync Client. The signalling seems to be working, as the client rings.
Any ideas?

Hi,
the media have to be done by the media gateway, the is signalling (only) is done with SM.
May be you can try with a sniffer on the phone to see where it tries to send the media
alternatively you must verify the settings of shuffling on: network-region, and station form.

regards!
