Default CCE 4.1 ASContact - Control Panel greyout Upgrade

Upgraded from CCE 4.0.1 to CCE 4.1 - In trying to upgrade the fully populated ASContact DB, the Upgrade Database selection is grey out. This is BAD Bad News for my upgrade......Anyone run into this???

Is that you are upgrade data base option itself is grayed out or once you have clicked on the upgrade is the page getting grayed out. I had a similar issue where I was trying to upgrade a database which was pointing to an wrong instance.
