We have many reports scheduled to run, but for some reason several of our reports run multiple times. For example, if it is scheduled to run at 1:00am, it will run at 1:00,1:01,1:02 and we cannot seem to figure out why. When it does run multiple times, the results are the same, but we did have one occurrence where the same report ran twice but had different results, even thought the filtering parameters remained the same. Thanks for your help.

What's your CC version?
I met same issue with Nortel CC7, it's a product issue and need patches to fix. |
