Hello,
We have a large customer with a new IP office system, including a wallboard. We had some issues with services on our server last week and had to reboot our equipment. However after the reboot we lost all our call stats and started again from zero. Is there a way to recall these stats that have been 'dropped'? Also is it normal for the stats to drop after rebooting our CCR server and/or IPOffice? |
