Default 9621G on IP Office; QuickTouch

Good morning,

I am testing a 9621G phone on my IP Office system. I got the phone to communicate with the system (got the user name to populate, caller id is working), but I'm not sure where to program the quick touch buttons. According to the user guides, you can set these under the settings menu but it seems I am missing quite a few menus under my Settings menu. I do not have the QuickTouch menu to set how many rows I want to see, etc.

Any ideas on how to resolve this Quick Touch issue?

Hi,
Try to perform a factory reset first and see if its working. Steps to perform factory reset is as follows;
1.Unplug the power cable, plug it back in.
2.When the phone is powering up enter * craft # Or *27238#.
You can follow the below link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2GB5fYXxvE

After this you can follow these steps to configure the Quick TOuch panel:

1. Press Home.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Options & Settings.
4. Touch Screen and Sound Options.
5. On the Screen and Sounds menu, touch Show Quick Touch Panel , then touch
the Right softkey to change the setting from 1 Line to 2 Lines, from 2 Lines to 0, or
from 0 to 1 Line.
6. Touch Save to save the setting or Cancel to return to the menu without saving.

Thanks,
Anamika

Answered on a different forum. The OP was looking at the User Guide for 9621G on Communication Manager instead of the User Guide for 9621G on IP Office. The menu structures are different between those two platforms.
