Default Cleaning up ARS and route patterns

Hi all,

First, thanks for all the information in the forums. It's helped me keep this system running.

I'm in the process of switching our trunks from ISDN PRI to PRI over SIP. I've setup a second trunk group and it is working. I'm still on CM 6.3. We have a single trunk group for all calls and a single location. All phones are in area code 802 and are able to dial local and US long distance. I started looking at ARS and there are 238 entries and 16 route patterns. It appears nothing was ever removed from back when we had multiple calling rates. I believe I have a grasp on ARS but i don't want to do too much clean up and break the system. Are there any suggestions on how I can simplify the configuration?

Thanks,
Bill

You can make a backup of the system and restore if a problem or do not save translation, if something goes wrong, just restart the active CM.
