Hi,

Try this please.

1. delete user and ext. add new user and ext.
2. delete user and ext - add ext - now copy working user and past - amend the user id as 169.
3. in case of DID after confirming its a sing number showing the issue ( only one number of a single user ) add user short code for witheld CLI ( details are in the help menu of manager software just serch withled)
4. rare chance of corruption so reinstall ( do not think it may be the case - personally )

Do let me know if this does not work we may need to look at the config file and a default + call and + ATM trace in case of analogue .
