Hi there!, I have two IP Office to use the Preferred OneX Mobile VoIP on the smartphone. Users will be remote, so I will configure an FQDN to route it through a firewall with NAT port to port, and
1. Towards the IP Office 5060, 5061 2. To the One-X Portal server. 8080, 5222, 5269, 8444 My question is How VoIP traffic routed if two IP Office are connected to the same server centrally? |

Dear, we have in the documentation full information. For your interest, we found on knowledge base Onex Mobile >>Configuring mobility VoIP and XMPP ports for multiple IP Office servers.

Hi,
I've gone through the manuals and I've managed to enable One-X Mobile on Android devices and make calls using features from the IP Office. However, when I try to enable VoIP functionality, something seems to be missing and the app shows "partially connected". I have a DNS configured with ddns.net which points to my one-x server, but I'm not quite sure how the VoIP should be setup, or where it should be setup. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
