Default 4620 backup directory MV_IPTel

I am having trouble getting my 4620 phones to backup to a specific directory. I am using MV_IPtel app. on a virtual server. They will backup and restore to the... \Program Files\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data\FTPdata just fine but I want them in ...\Program Files\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data\FTPdata\PhoneBackup directory. Settings file has ..SET FTPDIR PhoneBackup.
I have played with the \ and /. but nothing changes it. Any help would be appreciated

Reply to the query

SET FTPDIR myftpdir

If the FTPUSER STAT is set 2 then only we can change the ftpdirectory. Please check if this parameter is changed in the 46xx settings file
