Default Low Volume Control with a Plantronics headset with 2410/2420 Avaya phones
Hi,

I am experiencing issues regarding low volume control on the Plantronics SupraPlus HW251N headset on the Avaya 24/10 24/20 model phones.

Could this have something to do with the firmware version on the phone?


Any assistance is much appreciated.

What interface cable are you using? The correct cables/adapters can be determined at http://www.plantronics.com/us/compatibility-guide/.

You most likely have the wrong Avaya cable. See HERE
