Default one-X Error Message

I have a user that gets the following error message when he opens Outlook 2007.

From: file:///C:/Program Files/Avaya/Avaya one-X Communicator/Outlook Integrator/oneXCOutlookIntegrator.vsto

The expected element "addIn" was not found in the XML.

************** Exception Text **************
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployme nt.InvalidManifestException: The expected element "addIn" was not found in the XML.
at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployme nt.ApplicationManifest.FromXml(String manifest, Boolean validate)
at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployme nt.ApplicationManifest..ctor(String manifest, Boolean validate)
at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Deployme nt.ClickOnceAddInDeploymentManager.InstallAddIn()

Anyone experience a similar problem before with one-X / Office 07?
