Default CallPilot App Biulder locking user

How do I unlock an app that has been locked by another user? I don't know the users password.

The reply on the asked query "How do I unlock an app that has been locked by another user? I don't know the users password. " is that it can not be unlocked like this, need to open the ticket with Avaya to get this reseted.

  1. to unlock that user must login from computer they opened with.
  2. make sure no person is modifying a pss then on server verify d:\nortel\filetrafer folder is empty if files exist delete them.
  3. open case with your distributor to do app check on server
