Default Question Still in a queue IP office

Hi,

I have an Ip office with Voicemail Pro Loaded. On the voicemail I have in groups queued and still in a queue for an hunt group

On the IP office on hunt groups I have enables announcement on as 10 seconds then 20 seconds

On the hunt group I no answer time set as 12 and voicemail 36, The question is after the second announcement it goes straight to voicemail? Do I need to increase the voicemail timeout

Solution Delivered

Yes. The voicemail timeout is absolute. When it is reached the call goes to voicemail regardless of anything to queuing and announcements.
