Default AACC Email contact details to CRM

Hi ,

One of our client has asked for EMail data to be sent to his CRM server.
Is there any webservices to send Email contact details from AACC to CRM server

This should be possible using the CCMM webservice interface. To know more on this please visit Avaya Devconnect (www.avaya.com/devconnect) site to download the SDK document for the same.

Hi Vikram,

I have tried in devconnect there is API called CCMM Agent Web services, if we use the webservice we will not be able to login to AAAD. My Client wants to login to AAAD and also needs the information to be sent to CRM, is there any other way to send Email data to CRM.
