Default Bad Quality of Announcement when dialing topic number

We have installed IPOCC R10.1 and IPO500v2 10.1. When we call a topic we hear bad quality of announcement.*
This occur when playing announcement externally, when play it internally the announcement voice is very clear.
we confirmed .wav file format and everything seems normal.*

Any help is highly appreciated!

I see this is seen 37 times. is there any idea to solve this ?
