Default Background noise on 5410 sets
Issue: Background noise on 5410 sets

Solution: There is a setting on the 5410 sets called “Handset Tx Noise Reduction” that can be toggled on/off. This setting can influence noise level on these sets.

Comments: To access the setting press Options and go to the last page and it’s the only entry on that page.
