Default windows could not start ipocc statistics generator
Greetings.

One of my customer uses ipocc, the staitisic generator doesn't work anymore
( a message: no connection to reporting generator server)

After some research, I found the Ipocc service statistic generator off, and i can't restart it,
I've got a message : windows could not start ipocc statistics generator on local coputer. For more info, review the system event log. If this is a non microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service- specific error code 0.


I have no idea what i can do to fix that,
Maybe a reinstallation of ipocc, but i don't want to loose the config....

Somebody have an idea about that?
