Default Avaya Aura upgrade

We have a request to upgrade the server R S8510 CM 5.1 on Avaya Aura platform 6x Cm. The question is, what is the minimum amount of memory and the boot / backup applications on the Aura platform. If anybody got us some simple advice-type tips & trick
