Default ERS3500 vlan tagging reset problem

We have several ERS3500 switches and use them for PoE Polycom phones.
Our phones are on vlan2 and all else on defaultvlanid 1.
We the phones have PC's hung off the back so the vlan tagging is set to "untagPvidOnly" which works great.
Problem is that when we power off and on a phone (ie the port goes down and back up), the vlan tagging for that particular port resets to "untagAll(access)".

Is this is a bug or have I missed something? VlanConfigControl is set to "flexible"

TIA

Solution Confirmed

Update to this:
The switch had ADAC configured but no matching MAC addresses in the list. When I added a manufacturer range, it all made sense. Thanks anyway. Hope this may be useful to somebody in future.
