Smile ERS 4550T-Intra-stack communication failure

There are some errors in my ERS 4550T switch.
When I try to download the bin image to my tftp server, I receive this message "Intra-stack communication"

4550T#copy config tftp address x.x.x.x filename filebin.BIN
% Contacting TFTP host.
% Intra-stack communication failure.
Operation aborted.

Could someone help me?

Another error is when I reboot a stack with 3 switches, always the third switch go back without ports config. All ports on the third switch go back in the vlan 1.

Could someone help me again?

Default ERS 4550T-Intra-stack communication failure

It is a known issue, so I would say to, The config file can still be saved in ASCII format using the following CLI command:
copy running-config tftp add file asciiconfig.txt
