Default Update Databse (2-way connection)

Dear Experts.

I am able to Fetch the desired details from my SQL DB via the ODBC connection & display required details on the agents Screen, but unable to do the Reverse update -
example (callers information is displayed on agents screen with additional entry like name, account number, account type.). Now if the agents need to update any of these data OR agents receives a Pop-up for an Fresh customer without the details, we need the ability from agents UI screen to update the DB with relevant fields OR add new entry in the DB.

Thanks & Regards.

Feature is not included in the product. Needs a customer Project to integrate into a CRM System. Integration of webbased CRM in telephonie application of IPOCC UI is possible.
