Individual Extension Delayed Dialing

I have a customer who needs delayed or does not process the call until all digits are entered on a single extension. The extension end user is visually impaired and needs extra time to enter the digits, then possibly press a "call" or "Send" button on the phone to start the call. Is there a solution that can only be applied to just that single extension and not the entire system?

The phone is a 9608 on IPO 9.1.7

At the phone:

Features
Call Settings..., Select
Enbloc Dial, Change (On), Save

Dial the number, backspace and make corrections if needed
To place the call, press the Call button, or lift the handset, or turn the speaker phone on, or press the headset button.
