Default WebLM with several applications

With every VSP you have a WebLM installed and even within SMGR in a VSP has an additional WebLM, where should I place the licenses for my Session Manager? in the VSP or the Session Manager. Moreover I have two CM Rls 6 systems installed on VSP one being the Main server and the other acting as LSP. I also have a One-X mobile server, AA conferencing, Presence Server and Session Manager. Couldn't it be possible to have just 2 WebLM one being the primary and one being the secondary?

In the One-X Mobile I can only point to one but it would make sense to have a secondary no?

Session Manager license needs to be installed on System Manager.

I do not think it is possible to have just 2 WebLM one being the primary and one being the secondary.
