Default Chat --- Notification Sound?

Does anyone know of a way to have the PC make a sound when a new Chat has arrived?

Our Help Desk have tasks that take them away from their computer. Wireless headsets have worked great for us. But new Chats only flash the User Interface. We're getting to many abandoned Chats.

thanks

Some windows applications(lync) allow to play alerts on events.

Unfortunately IPOCC UI does not provides that functionality.
If you can raise a enhancement request for that, that would be great.
