Default LSP mode

Hi expert,

We have S8300 with LSP mode and we have a call center as well.
So in case main S8300 is fail, S8300-LSP will take over operation.
My question is: What happen with call center system? Does system work normal with Call Center function in LSP mode?

Thanks and best regards
Nguyen Xuan Son

As long as all required resources are available (announcements, trunks, agents, etc.), you will have all Call Center functionality in LSP mode.
