Default AES 5.2.3 SP2 on System Platform 6.0.3.4.3 - Problem with Dual NIC configuration

Hello,
I'm trying to configure AES on System Platform in Dual NIC configuration. According to "Implementing Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services on Avaya Aura System Platform" document i configure optional ETH1 fields during AES template installation, and virtual ETH1 interface should be automatically mapped to physical ETH2 (page 19). Maybe i'm something missing, but it's not working, i can see only ETH0 in Networking part of AES server configuration.
I really appreciate for help.

Regards,
Bartosz
