Default Decommissioning G650's

We are in the process of decommissioning our G650's and replacing them with G450's. While we delete the translations we discover that this TTR-Lev Major Alarm does not clear. The boards have been removed from the change circuit and remove cabinet so there are no TN744's anymore. The G450's have this built in.

How do you remove this alarm or translation for TTR-Lev?

Are the cabinets themselves still administered?
