Default Unanswered calls keep on ringing

Hi,

I'm facing this problem with Avaya Aura CM 6.2. When someone call from PSTN to CO lines call get routed to operator, operator answer the call and transfer to any station. If nobody pickup from the station and calling party hangup the call keep on ringing on the station. Seems like Avaya CM don't understand the disconnect sent by telco. Trunk group settings are loop start and bellcore. Following is the call flow and system setup, please help.

PSTN > CO Lines (MM711) > CM 6.2 > Station

G450 S8300 MM711

Attached are the configs regarding cadence settings I made but it didn't solve the problem, i'm wondering if these configs are correct.

You might want to try "ground start", if that is an easy thing for you to switch to. Good explanation of benefits of loop start and ground start here: http://pbxbook.com/other/trunks.html#Call%20Disconnect
