Default Avaya Agent Desktop Wallboard question

Hi All,
I am searching for documents on Avaya Agent Desktop Wallboard but unable to find any. I have below queries with regards to Avaya Agent Desktop Wallboard.

1) I have DW Marquee 3.0 and 4.0. I need to know which OS DW supports? I am referring to both client application and server application.
2) Any configuration document available for the same
3) Has the product been obsolete?
