I just performed a new IP Office 8.1 install with 22 IP Dect phones (3725 and 3740 phones) and 5 Dect R4 compact access points. The phones keep losing their time and usually a reboot resolves the issue or the time will come back by itself after a few hours. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure all of your DECT Wireless base stations have the correct time zone set. I had this same thing happen where the MASTER base was set to Mountain Time and the slaves were set to default which i think is Central time. If you walked away from the Master and linked to a slave your time would jump one hour ahead.
