Default CMS Warning - Discspace 80% Full

I have an old CMS R12. Today when we login to CMS Supervisor we get a warning that states that the disk space is 80% full and that might impact system performance.

The directory it lists is system/dbspace/cms

Is there an easy way to fix this or do I need to get Avaya support involved? It is out of maintenance but they should be able to help on a T&M basis. If not I will have to go to a business partner.

Solution Delivered

Hi,

Check the output of df -kh. If it is on any of the partition, remove files to free up the space.

If everything is good on disk usage, increase values suck skills/trunks/VDN/vectors in Data Storage Allocation to bring Free Space Allocation in paranthesis. Once FSA is in paranthesis, run FSA to avoid the warning.

Note: CMS need to be in single user mode and data collection for all ACD's need to be turn off at the time of activity.
