Unhappy SLT between VSP7k and ERS5k

Hello,

I've tried to configure an slt link between 1 stack of 5632 and 2 VSP 7k connected with an IST link.

When i shutdown the link between 5632 and VSP7k the ping is OK, but when i "no shut" the port all my network access is down and I can't connect to my VSP nor my ERS5k. The SLT link is in NORM mode.

To resolve this issue I just have to do an "NO SMLT" and SMLT smltId on the port ...

Have you got any ideas ?

Cyril

What SW Versions are you running on the VSP7k and the 5632 Stack? Is the SLT jumping to Running Type SMLT when both Links are up?

Cheers
