Default IPOCC Scrrenpop getting ODBC Error

Has anyone worked with integration between IPOCC 9.1.x on MS Server 2012 and MS SQL Server 2016 on MS Server 2016?

A customer has recently moved their SQL server to Server 2016 with SQL server 2016 and now their screenpops aren't working. Wireshark shows me that the URL is being returned but it is getting an ODBC error "fetch type out of range" which causes IPOCC to dismiss it and not pass it thorugh. I have made sure to upgrade the ODBC driver to 13.1 in order to support the connection.
