What is the number you're trying to dial? What does the rest of the ARS look like on the IP Office 500v2? It looks like you might have a 0N shortcode that's dialing N which would remove the 0.

If you can post the corresponding trace from the IP500 as well then we'll be able to see what it's doing after the call is passed to line 99901.

Could you have a 9N SC on IPO500?

And in your primary SC use
Function: Dial
Tel Number: 9N
Group id: 99991 (outgoing group for IPO500GW)

Then on IPO500
Function :N
Group id: 50 (ARS with Dialplan through PRI line)

make a test call and let me know
