Cool getting caller voice very late or sometime not getting voice of caller
Getting huge jitter through Trunk line, sometimes can't get voice for external or internal call. Sometimes getting voice very slow/late response.

Need more info on the topology. How is the trunk delivered? Is there an SBC? Is QoS configured on the network? Is the media shuffled or anchored on a VCM?
