Default How to change install initial Welcome Music for incoming calls

Hi there, I need to implement an initial background music for all incoming calls, in this case my client requires all incoming calls should be able to hear a marketing campaign music while he awaits to be answered by the receptionist.
Is there an receipt or procedure where to look for? thanks in advance.

PS, We're using Avaya IP Office Select edition.

best regards,

Juan

In brief, you need a WAV file of the following format: 8Khz Mono 16-bit PCM., max length 10 minutes.

Name the file holdmusic.wav. Upload the file to the system/primary folder (use the System Settings | System | Telephony | Tones & Music menu).
