Default CCE 4.0.1 IDS/Wallboard Agent Realtime Stats

We have a customer that is currently experiencing an issue in Wallboard where the agent realtime stats such as State and Total Calls isn't showing. However, prior to today, the same realtime stats were working properly. But today, it stopped. The agent state and total calls are reflectled correctly in CMS. It appears as though IDS VP stopped gathering realtime stats for the specific agent. I have a similar situation at another customer location. Have you experienced this issue before?
Below is a screen shot of the IDS sampler where I have queried the agent's realtime and shift stats.

The issue which are facing requires more analysis and troubleshooting and hence I would request you to open an support ticket with Avaya backbone.
