How to configure SNMP in AACC.
Do we have mib files if yes where can we find them?

Hi,

I believe there are 2 mib files on the AACC and they can found in the following folders on the server:-

NB-FLT.mib - D:\Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Server\data

RR-AACCDB.mib - D:\Avaya\Contact Centre\Common Components\Cache

Hi,

Thanks for your reply paul, it been realy helpful. Is it possible to set SNMP traps in AACC to monitor memory and performance of the system.
