Usb modem with accept incoming calls but when run testinads, will not go off hook and dial. Any ideas. s8300 lsp in g350 cm4.0.5 742

Hi,

"Testinads" will always attempt to dial out to sent a test trap to the destination.This is configured in almcall if you are using a modem to dialout or almsnmp if its via SSG/ASG.
Check if you have configured SNMP destination or OSS number by running the following commands:-
almcall
almsnmpconf
