Question IPOCC Realtime Reports & Reporting Icons missing

Can someone assist with this please, IPOCC 9.1.7 is not showing Realtime Reports and Historical Reports Icons in both Supervisor and Administrator UI, Licenses for Supervisor are available and the privileges are granted via Supervisor Profiles. Where else can this setting be?

Ensure that the Agents Profile----Privileges has the Realtime box UNCHECKED.

Confirm you mean its supposed to be unchecked? or Checked, but tried both options and still no change

I think it was Supervisor license issue, someone someone could have been logged in as Supervisor when the system only has one supervisor. After a reboot everything seems ok now, Thank you all for your time.
