Default Import TS Set activation error

After a new installation of IPOCC R10 I activate Import Task Set. There are 2 topics there - Master Topic and Topic1. When I activate it system says:
Error occurred during activating. Could not activate the script.

The error list gives: Unknown object in Row62/columns 0

If I delete Master Topic, that Task flow can be activated.

Question: any idea what I could do to avoid mistake?
Where can I see this object in Row62?

Taskflow Module - Tools - TaskFlow-script - save file txt. Open file and find the row.

Have you done the configuration check before activating?
Go to error list and check the errors. I guess the IVR script for the master task flow is missing

Default the reason is somewhere in upgrade

I installed R10 from ISO and everything works fine.

When I upgraded r 9.1 OVA to R10 something went wrong with IVR settings (files) in Master Topic.
