Default SMGR in maintenance mode

Hi,

I've tried to upload a new patch on System Manager but the systems has encountered a fault. After the fault I can't access SMGR and I have the following error message:

Maintenance is in progress. Please try to login at a later time.

Anyone seen this issue or know how to exit the maintenance mode?

Alex
