Can't download any documents/zip files from url https://kb.avaya.com
Dont have any other downlaoad issues so not sure what the problem is.

What is the document/file that is showing you kb.avaya.com? Can you give me the entire URL or the file title?

Maggie, I'm also having a problem downloading https://kb.avaya.com/resources/sites...S/Emulator.zip

My browser tells me that there is no DNS entry for kb.avaya.com
