Default Blank screen when trying to download

I have spend some time in live chat thsi morning because I am unable to download anything. I am presented with an EULA to accept and then a blank page and no download. The agent logged in on my computer and proved that the issue was not computer or browser related.

I have Sold-to numbers associated with my account that should give me access to the downloads I am accessing. The agent gave me a email address to contact in regards to this issue, but I lost my session before I could copy the address.

Please can someone have a look at this or provide me with the contact details to get it resolved? Thanks

James,

After further review of your account profile I needed to create a ticket to ensure all of your information was correct in our databases. This will ensure that you will not only be able to download, but you'll be able to create tickets via the web and utilize our virtual chat agent.

The ticket number I created is IC923239.

Please reach out to me directly (nherman@avaya.com) if you are not able to download by Monday Sept 30th
